Excentricities Online Shipping & Return Policy 

DELIVERY CHARGES: 
Shipping and handling charges cover our costs for processing your order as well as packing & shipping your merchandise.

STANDARD DELIVERY:  
In most cases, in-stock merchandise will be processed and shipped in 3-5 business days. Packages are shipped via FEDEX, UPS or USPS. Large furniture items are shipped directly from the manufacturer via freight company and are subject to different transit times. If your item is unable to ship within 3-5 business days from time of order placement, we will notify you via email. Please keep in mind that we will not charge your credit card until time of shipping.

PRODUCT DISPLAY
Excentricities has made every effort to display the products featured on Excentricities.com as accurately as possible. Excentricities cannot be held responsible for the limitations of your monitor and cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any color or detail of actual merchandise will be accurate.

JEWELRY:
Is not returnable. All sales are final.

SPECIAL ORDERS: 
Special orders may NOT be exchanged or refunded.  Please note that this includes furniture, lighting, mirrors and occassional furniture.  Excentricities is not responsible for manufacturer delays or for slight color variations.

FURNITURE SHIPMENTS:  
Furniture shipments are shipped via freight company. Furniture orders are considered Special Orders. We will coordinate with the freight company to make sure your delivery goes as smooth as possible.

RETURN POLICY:
You have 24 hours from receipt of item to request a refund. Please email Excentricities to request a return authorization code and let us know which items you are returning. We must receive the item within 7 days of authorizing your return. Return shipping charges are the customers responsibility. All items must be in original, unused condition, all tags attached, and in original packaging to receive a refund. We have the right to refuse any return that does not meet our criteria for a refund. Shipping costs to you are NOT refundable, and will be deducted from your refund. Please be sure to purchase insurance on all items you are returning.

DAMAGED ITEMS: 
In the event you receive a damaged item, please contact Excentricities immediately. You must keep the original packaging in which you received the item for inspection by FEDEX, UPS, USPS or Freight Carrier. It is very important to keep the original packaging and packing material, otherwise, we are unable to file a claim. You must let us know of a damaged item within 3 days of receipt of your order. After 3 days, we are unable to file a claim.

TAXES: 
We are required to collect sales tax for all orders shipped to Florida. Please let us know if you have a Florida State Resale Certificate as that must be presented at time of purchase.

EXPRESS DELIVERY: 
Express Shipping is available on eligible items for customers who need their order in a rush. Costs will vary depending on weight of item and location we are shipping to.

SALE ITEMS:  
Sale items are not eligible for a refund or exchange.
